By improving the flow out of the engine bay, the louvers are able to improve airflow through the radiator and other cooling accessories, achieving better cooling stack efficiency. When reducing the pressure buildup in the engine bay, the louvers reduce front end lift as well, creating a slight bump in front end downforce. Our louvers all incorporate optional wicker which dramatically increases their functional efficacy when in use. Adding the louvers is a great way to improve the performance of the vehicle while adding an aesthetic flair to the hood. We offer rain guards for most hood louvers as an optional accessory.
